Symptoms
The MicroFlex reports a speed search failure. The drive could not detect the motor speed during restart of a spinning motor.
Possible Causes
- Motor speed search parameter not configured correctly
- Motor was spinning in the wrong direction during restart
- Speed search algorithm could not converge within the timeout period
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Enable the speed search function and set the correct parameters
