- Pump impeller worn or damaged
- Suction line blocked or air-locked
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check pump motor operation and current draw
Motor running with normal current - Step 2: Inspect impeller and volute for wear or damage
Impeller and volute in good condition - Step 3: Verify suction line is clear and primed
Suction line clear and pump primed
How to Reset
To reset: Reset the pump fault after restoring normal flow and pressure.
