Symptoms

Parameter write is enabled (PWE=1), allowing parameter modification.

Possible Causes

  • The parameter write enable (PWE) is set to 1.
  • Operator intentionally enabled parameter writing.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Set PWE back to 0 after parameter modification is complete.
    PWE set to 0.
  2. Step 2: Power cycle the controller to apply the change.
    Controller restarts in write-protected mode.

How to Reset

Set PWE=0 and power cycle to clear the alarm.
