Symptoms
The VRDY signal is off for the fourth axis servo.
Possible Causes
- Fourth axis servo amplifier is not ready or has tripped.
- Servo amplifier power supply failure for the fourth axis.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the fourth axis servo amplifier status and power supply.
Amplifier status verified. - Step 2: Reset the servo amplifier or replace if faulty.
VRDY signal returns to normal.
How to Reset
Fix the servo amplifier issue and reset to clear the alarm.
