Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check all E-stop buttons - release by twisting clockwise
All E-stops released - Step 2: Verify E-stop circuit continuity
Circuit closed (not interrupted) - Step 3: Reset E-stop on teach pendant: press RESET
E-stop resets, servos re-energize - Step 4: Check for stuck E-stop button contacts
All buttons return to normal position - Step 5: If contacts stuck, replace E-stop button
New button operates correctly
