Seal fault. The pump mechanical seal is leaking or has failed.
Possible Causes
- Seal face wear or damage
- Seal elastomer degradation from chemicals or heat
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check for leakage at the pump seal area
Visible leakage is present - Step 2: Replace the mechanical seal
No leakage after seal replacement
How to Reset
To reset: Replace the seal, then reset the controller.
