Applicable Systems
WJ200
Symptoms
The WJ200 reports an output phase loss fault. One of the three motor output phases is missing, causing motor imbalance.
Possible Causes
- Motor output cable disconnected on one phase
- Motor terminal box loose connection on one phase
- Drive output phase failure due to IGBT damage
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check all motor cable connections at the drive and motor ends
All phase connections are secure - Step 2: Measure output voltage on all three phases during operation
All three phases show balanced voltage - Step 3: If the drive output is faulty, replace the drive unit
Drive output is balanced on all three phases
How to Reset
To reset: Restore all three output phases, then reset and restart.
