Symptoms
The WJ200 reports an over-torque fault. The motor torque exceeded the configured over-torque detection level.
Possible Causes
- Mechanical load requiring more torque than the configured limit
- Process condition change increasing the load torque demand
- Over-torque detection level set too low for the application
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the mechanical load for excessive torque demand

How to Reset
