Symptoms
The WJ200 reports an analog input fault. The analog reference input signal is outside the expected range or is disconnected.
Possible Causes
- Analog input signal wire disconnected or broken
- Analog input signal source failure or output out of range
- Analog input configuration does not match the signal type
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the analog input wiring at the terminal block
Wiring is properly connected - Step 2: Measure the analog input signal with a multimeter at the terminal
Signal is within the configured range - Step 3: Verify the analog input type setting matches the signal source
Input type matches the signal (voltage or current)
How to Reset
To reset: Restore the analog input signal, then reset the fault.
