Symptoms
Packaging material supply is insufficient or exhausted. The machine cannot continue the packaging cycle.
Possible Causes
- Material roll depleted and needs replacement
- Material feed mechanism jammed
- Material sensor falsely indicating runout
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check material roll supply level and replace if needed
New material roll loaded - Step 2: Inspect material feed path for jams or misalignment
Feed path clear and aligned - Step 3: Test material sensor operation and adjust if necessary
Sensor reading correct
How to Reset
To reset: Clear the material fault after reloading and verifying feed.
