Symptoms
The AKD reports a phase sequence error. The input power phase sequence does not match the expected rotation direction.
Possible Causes
- Input power phase sequence is reversed at the drive terminals
- Motor wiring phase sequence incorrect for the desired rotation
- Phase sequence changed during maintenance without correction
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the input power phase sequence with a phase rotation tester
