Symptoms

The Hydraulic reports an analog output fault. The analog monitor output signal does not match the expected value or has a circuit fault.

Possible Causes

  • Analog output load impedance outside the specified range
  • Analog output circuit failure in the drive
  • Analog output configuration does not match the connected device

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Check the analog output wiring and load impedance
Load impedance is within the specified range
  2. Step 2: Measure the analog output voltage or current with a multimeter
    Output matches the expected value
  3. Step 3: Verify the output configuration matches the receiving device
Configuration is correct for the application

How to Reset

To reset: Fix the analog output fault, then reset and restart.
