Symptoms

The Hydraulic reports an emergency stop activation. The E-stop input was triggered, immediately removing motor power and torque.

Possible Causes

  • Emergency stop button pressed by an operator
  • Safety relay tripped by a safety sensor or interlock
  • E-stop circuit wiring fault causing false activation

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Check the E-stop button position and safety relay status
    E-stop is released and safety relay is reset
  2. Step 2: Verify the E-stop circuit wiring for faults in the drive system
    E-stop wiring is intact
  3. Step 3: Release the E-stop and reset the safety relay to restore operation
    Safety circuit releases and drive restarts

How to Reset

To reset: Release the E-stop, reset the safety relay, then restart.
