Symptoms
The Hydraulic reports an emergency stop activation. The E-stop input was triggered, immediately removing motor power and torque.
Possible Causes
- Emergency stop button pressed by an operator
- Safety relay tripped by a safety sensor or interlock
- E-stop circuit wiring fault causing false activation
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the E-stop button position and safety relay status
E-stop is released and safety relay is reset - Step 2: Verify the E-stop circuit wiring for faults in the drive system
E-stop wiring is intact - Step 3: Release the E-stop and reset the safety relay to restore operation
