Symptoms

  • GP-Pro EX display unit shows error RHAA010: TCP port number is overlapped or last TCP connection not completed closed.

Possible Causes

  • TCP port number of the display unit side is overlapped, or the device/PLC was reset during communication.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Check that UDP port numbers in Ethernet settings do not overlap with those in Communication Settings; allocate a different port number if overlapped. Reset the display unit.
    Communication restored and error cleared

Repower or reset the display unit after correcting the root cause.
