Symptoms

Ground fault: output current leakage to ground.

Possible Causes

  • Motor winding short to ground
  • Motor cable insulation breakdown
  • Drive output ground leak

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Megger test motor to ground
    Insulation > 1 MOhm
  2. Step 2: Inspect motor cable
    No ground fault path
  3. Step 3: Disconnect motor and test
    Fault clears without load

How to Reset

Reset via control panel after fixing ground fault.
