Steam Trap
Symptoms
The Steam Trap reports a configuration mismatch. The drive configuration does not match the connected motor or system parameters.
Possible Causes
- Motor parameters not set or do not match the actual motor nameplate
- Control mode setting does not match the application type
- I/O configuration does not match the external wiring
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Compare the motor parameter settings with the motor nameplate data

Configuration is consistent with the wiring and application - Step 3: Run auto-tuning if supported to automatically detect motor parameters
Auto-tune completes and parameters are updated
How to Reset
To reset: Correct the configuration mismatch, save, then restart.
