- Transfer clutch solenoid valve stuck
- AWD control module duty cycle signal fault

Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check solenoid valve resistance
Resistance within 5-15 ohm range - Step 2: Inspect transfer clutch fluid condition
Fluid clean, no debris - Step 3: Replace transfer clutch solenoid or clutch pack
Component replaced, AWD function restored
