  1. Step 1: Check external 24 V and Safety Control Board for issues,

  2. Step 2: Conduct a complete rebooting sequence,

  3. Step 3: If this happens more than twice in a row, replace Safety Control Board.
    Check if the issue is resolved after this step

How to Reset

Power cycle the robot controller and perform a complete reboot sequence. If the error persists, update the software to the latest version.
