Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Updating firmware needs to be done incrementally from such old persistent joint data. Re-deploy the previous firmware, and perform incremental upgrade up to SW 5.5 before deploying this version. IMPORTANT: Power on the robot arm between each update and validate it reaches IDLE state. Contact your local Universal Robots service provider for assistance

How to Reset
Power cycle the robot controller and perform a complete reboot sequence. If the error persists, update the software to the latest version.
