Symptoms

SCB IO failed to power on

Step 1: Ensure the IO Power Connector on the Safety Control Board is connected to the 24VDC
Check if the issue is resolved after this step

Power cycle the robot controller and perform a complete reboot sequence. If the error persists, update the software to the latest version.
