Symptoms

Overcurrent: output current exceeds trip limit.

Possible Causes

  • Motor cable short
  • Motor winding short
  • Acceleration too fast

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Disconnect motor and power on
    Fault clears without load
  2. Step 2: Megger test motor
    Insulation > 1 MOhm
  3. Step 3: Increase acceleration time
    No overcurrent trip

How to Reset

Reset via control panel after resolving overcurrent.
