Microprocessor watchdog fault: watchdog timeout detected.

Possible Causes

  • Microprocessor watchdog timeout
  • CPU processing overload
  • Severe EMI disturbance

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Power cycle the drive
    Fault may clear if transient
  2. Step 2: Check for EMI sources
    No interference
  3. Step 3: Replace control board if persistent
    New board initializes correctly

How to Reset

Power cycle; replace control board if fault persists.
