Symptoms

Z-phase noise abnormal detection

Possible Causes

  • PG cable noise interference
  • PG cable wiring incorrect or broken
  • 24+ pole motor at zero speed
  • PG option card or motor-side PG damaged

Troubleshooting Steps

  • Route PG cable away from drive output lines
  • Check PG cable wiring/breaks; ground shield properly
  • Set F1-46=1 for mechanical angle detection; adjust F1-17/F1-47 thresholds
  • Restart drive; if persists, replace PG card or PG

How to Reset

Reset by: 1) Correct the fault condition. 2) Press RESET button on operator panel. 3) Verify fault does not recur.
