Symptoms
Overcurrent detected: output current exceeds trip limit.
Possible Causes
- Motor cable short
- Motor winding short
- Acceleration time too short
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Disconnect motor and power on
Fault clears without load - Step 2: Megger test motor
Insulation > 1 MOhm - Step 3: Increase acceleration time
No overcurrent trip
How to Reset
Reset via digital operator or auto-reset after repair.
