Symptoms
Main circuit DC voltage exceeded overvoltage detection level (200V class: ~410V, 400V class: ~720V/820V).
Possible Causes
Deceleration time too short, regenerative energy from motor too large; motor ground fault charging DC bus; speed search parameter misconfiguration; PG cable connection issue; power voltage too high.
Troubleshooting Steps
Extend deceleration time or connect brake resistor; check output cable/motor for ground fault; adjust speed search parameters; check PG cable connection; verify power supply voltage.
