Symptoms
Ground fault detected on drive output.
Possible Causes
- Motor winding short to ground
- Motor cable insulation breakdown
- Drive output stage ground leak
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Disconnect motor cables and power on drive
Fault clears without load - Step 2: Megger test motor windings to ground
Insulation > 1 MOhm - Step 3: Inspect motor cable insulation
No ground leakage path
How to Reset
Reset via control panel after fixing ground fault.
