Symptoms
The UPS cooling fan has failed. The UPS may overheat if the load is high.
Possible Causes
- Fan motor burned out
- Fan obstruction or cable disconnected
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check if the cooling fan is running
Fan is not spinning - Step 2: Inspect the fan for obstruction or damage and replace if needed
New fan operates normally
How to Reset
To reset: Replace the failed fan and the alarm will clear after restart.
