Symptoms
The UPS battery charger has failed. The battery cannot be charged from input power.
Possible Causes
- Charger circuit component failure
- Charger fuse blown
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check if the battery is charging when input power is present
Battery is not charging - Step 2: Inspect the charger circuit and fuse
Charger fuse is blown or circuit is damaged
How to Reset
To reset: Repair or replace the charger circuit, then restart the UPS.
