Symptoms
The inverter output voltage is too low. The UPS output is below the acceptable range.
Possible Causes
- Inverter cannot sustain voltage under load
- Inverter component degradation
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the UPS output voltage under load
Output voltage drops under load - Step 2: Reduce the load and check if voltage recovers
Voltage recovers when load is reduced
How to Reset
To reset: Reduce the load or repair the inverter, then restart the UPS.
