Symptoms
The UPS output has a short circuit. The UPS has disconnected the output to prevent damage.
Possible Causes
- Output wiring shorted
- Connected device internal short circuit
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Disconnect all loads from the UPS output
Short circuit is cleared when loads are removed - Step 2: Check each load and cable for short circuits
Faulty device or cable is identified
How to Reset
To reset: Remove the short circuit, then restart the UPS.
