Symptoms
The generator set reports a low fuel level. The day tank or main tank fuel level is low.
Possible Causes
- Fuel supply running low from extended operation
- Fuel transfer pump not delivering
- Fuel level sensor calibration drift
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the fuel tank level
Tank has adequate fuel - Step 2: Verify the fuel transfer pump operation
Pump delivers fuel to the day tank - Step 3: Check the fuel level sensor calibration
Sensor reads correctly
How to Reset
To reset: Replenish fuel, then clear the alarm.
