Symptoms

Possible Causes
- Output channel overloaded or shorted
- Output driver hardware failure
Troubleshooting Steps

Load is within the rated capacity - Step 2: Verify the output wiring and connected device operation
Wiring and connected device are normal
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the output load issue, then power-cycle the module.
