Symptoms
The FRENIC reports an input phase loss fault. One of the three input power phases is missing, causing input imbalance.
Possible Causes
- One input phase fuse blown or breaker tripped
- Loose input power wire on one phase terminal
- Transformer or supply phase failure
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Measure all three input phase voltages at the drive terminals
All three phases have balanced voltage - Step 2: Check the input wiring connections for tightness
All input connections are tight - Step 3: Replace blown fuses or reset tripped breakers
All three phases are restored
How to Reset
To reset: Restore all three input phases, then reset the fault.
