Symptoms
The WJ200 reports a CT detection abnormality. The internal current sensor circuit reported an error.
Possible Causes
- Internal current sensor (CT) failure or drift
- CT signal processing circuit fault in the drive
- Electrical noise interfering with the CT signal lines
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the CT signal wiring and connection in the drive
CT wiring is properly connected - Step 2: Verify the CT output signal with an oscilloscope for proper waveform
CT signal is clean and accurate - Step 3: If the CT is defective, replace the drive unit
New unit has a functional current sensor
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the CT circuit or replace the unit, then reset.
