Symptoms
The WJ200 reports a stall prevention activation. The motor stalled or was about to stall, and the drive reduced output to protect the motor.
Possible Causes
- Excessive load torque causing motor stall during acceleration
- Motor parameters incorrect causing insufficient torque production
- Mechanical jam or binding preventing motor rotation
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the mechanical load for jams, binding, or excessive friction
Mechanical system rotates freely - Step 2: Verify the motor parameters match the motor nameplate
Parameters are correctly set - Step 3: Increase the acceleration time or torque limit if load is high

How to Reset
To reset: Clear the stall condition, then reset and restart.
