Symptoms
The WJ200 reports a PID feedback loss fault. The process feedback signal for PID control was lost or went out of range.
Possible Causes
- PID feedback sensor disconnected or failed
- Feedback signal wiring broken or shorted
- Feedback signal exceeded the configured input range
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the PID feedback sensor and its connection to the drive
Sensor is connected and functioning - Step 2: Measure the feedback signal voltage or current at the input terminal
Signal is within the configured range - Step 3: Replace the feedback sensor if it is defective
New sensor provides a stable feedback signal
How to Reset
To reset: Restore the PID feedback signal, then reset the fault.
