Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Observe fan speed at high coolant temp vs engine speed.
Fan speed ≥ 85% of engine speed under thermal load. - Step 2: Blow compressed air through radiator from engine side outward.
Debris expelled; light visible through all core passes. - Step 3: Test thermostat in water bath with thermometer.
Opens 82°C, fully open 95°C; no hang-up observed.
How to Reset
Replace viscous fan drive; clean radiator; replace thermostat if stuck.
