Machine JOG operation is started from or reaches a singularity position. The machine may not operate as expected.

Possible Causes

  • The current coordinate value is at or near a singularity of the machine kinematics.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Adjust the machine JOG operation starting coordinate value so that it is not a singularity.
    Refer to manual for details

How to Reset

Reset using [Rq.2240] Machine error reset command (M43616+32m) or Error reset (SM50). Clear the root cause before resetting.
