Symptoms

Multiple machine JOG start commands were turned ON simultaneously for the same machine, or forward and reverse JOG commands were both ON.

Possible Causes

  • Multiple JOG start commands active simultaneously, or both forward and reverse JOG commands ON.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Ensure only one JOG direction command is active at a time. Wait for current JOG to complete before starting another.

How to Reset

Reset using [Rq.2240] Machine error reset command (M43616+32m) or Error reset (SM50). Clear the root cause before resetting.
