Symptoms
The elevator reports a door zone sensor fault. The door zone detection system is not functioning correctly.
Possible Causes
- Door zone sensor misaligned or contaminated
- Sensor wiring or connector damaged
- Door zone magnet or vane missing

- Step 1: Check the door zone sensor alignment
