Symptoms

The Hydraulic reports an analog input fault. The analog reference input signal is outside the expected range or is disconnected.

Possible Causes

  • Analog input signal wire disconnected or broken
  • Analog input signal source failure or output out of range
  • Analog input configuration does not match the signal type

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Check the analog input wiring at the terminal block
    Wiring is properly connected
  2. Step 2: Measure the analog input signal with a multimeter at the terminal
Signal is within the configured range
  3. Step 3: Verify the analog input type setting matches the signal source
Input type matches the signal (voltage or current)

How to Reset

To reset: Restore the analog input signal, then reset the fault.
