Symptoms

GP-Pro EX display unit shows error RHAA012: UDP Port number is overlapped.

Possible Causes

UDP port number of the touch panel side is overlapped.

Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Check that UDP port numbers in Ethernet settings do not overlap with those in Communication Settings; allocate a different port number if overlapped.
Communication restored and error cleared

How to Reset

Repower or reset the display unit after correcting the root cause.
