Possible Causes
- Motor phase not connected
- Output cable loose
- Motor terminal box fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check motor connections at terminal box
All connections tight - Step 2: Verify output cable
Cable intact - Step 3: Test all three output phases
All phases present
How to Reset
Reset via control panel after fixing output phase.
