Symptoms
Power module ground fault: leakage current detected.
Possible Causes
- Motor cable insulation breakdown
- Motor winding to ground
- Drive output ground leak
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Megger test motor to ground
Insulation > 1 MOhm - Step 2: Inspect motor cable
No ground fault path - Step 3: Disconnect motor and test
Fault clears without load
How to Reset
Reset via operator panel after fixing ground fault.
