Symptoms
The battery system reports a DC-DC converter fault. The internal DC-DC converter is not operating correctly.
Possible Causes
- Converter power module failure
- Converter input voltage out of range
- Converter thermal protection activated
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the converter input voltage
Voltage is within the operating range - Step 2: Verify the converter output voltage
Output voltage is correct and stable - Step 3: Inspect the converter for thermal issues
Temperature is within limits
How to Reset
To reset: Repair the DC-DC converter, then clear the alarm.
