Symptoms
The battery system reports high cell temperature. The battery cell temperature exceeds the safe operating limit.
Possible Causes
- Ambient temperature too high for the installation location
- Battery thermal management system malfunction
- Excessive charge or discharge rate generating heat
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Verify the ambient temperature at the installation
Temperature is within the specified range - Step 2: Check the thermal management system operation
System operates and maintains temperature - Step 3: Reduce the charge or discharge rate if needed

How to Reset
To reset: Lower the cell temperature below the limit, then clear the alarm.
