Symptoms
The battery system reports a voltage anomaly. The cell or pack voltage is outside the normal operating range.
Possible Causes
- Cell imbalance causing abnormal voltage distribution
- Battery management system sensor fault
- Overcharge or over-discharge condition
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the cell voltages using the BMS diagnostic
Voltages are balanced within tolerance - Step 2: Verify the BMS sensor readings
Sensors read accurately - Step 3: Ensure the charge controller operates correctly
Voltage stays within the safe range
How to Reset
To reset: Restore the voltage to the normal range, then clear the alarm.
