Symptoms
Short circuit fault. A short circuit has been detected in the system wiring or a component.
Possible Causes
- Wiring insulation breakdown causing a short
- Component internal short circuit
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Disconnect components one by one to isolate the short
Short circuit is isolated to a specific component - Step 2: Repair or replace the shorted component or wiring
No short circuit after repair
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the short circuit, then reset the controller.
