Symptoms
Mixed air damper fault. The mixed air damper is not operating correctly.
Possible Causes
- Damper actuator motor failure
- Damper linkage broken or disconnected

Linkage is broken or disconnected
How to Reset
To reset: Replace the actuator or fix the linkage, then reset.
