Symptoms
Smoke detector fault. The smoke detector in the air handling unit reports a fault.
Possible Causes
- Smoke detector sensor failure
- Detector wiring or power fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the smoke detector wiring and power
Power is present but detector is in fault - Step 2: Replace the smoke detector
New detector operates normally
How to Reset
To reset: Replace the faulty detector and reset the controller.
